What if I don’t know exactly what services I need?

If you are a new client and are unsure of what results you are looking for, I recommend booking a complimentary consultation with me. If you are a client that is familiar with the services but need guidance, please reach out to me with any questions at julieannhairstudio@gmail.com

What type of payments are accepted at Julie Ann Hair Studio?

Cash, credit card, zelle, venmo, apple pay.

What if I’m running late?

I completely understand that things happen, but please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled start time, I reserve the right to decline the service so I can stay on schedule for the rest of the day and respect other clients’ appointment times

Is there a cancelation policy?

Please try to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I completely understand that life happens, but giving notice helps open up spots for clients on my waitlist. There’s no fee for a last-minute cancellation, however if you’d like to rebook after a last-minute cancellation, I’ll require a card on file. If it happens again, a 50% fee of your original service total will be charged.

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes! Please go to “book now”, click on the services you’re looking to get done. If you don’t see any time slots that work for you please click on “Join The Waitlist” as things often come up and appointments move around.

Do you offer refunds/re-dos?

I don’t offer refunds on services. My time and professional products are reserved specifically for you and can’t be returned once a service is completed. That said, if you’re ever unhappy with your hair, please let me know within a reasonable time and I’m more than happy to make adjustments to get things right.

If redo requests become a repeated pattern, I do reserve the right to decline future appointments to ensure my schedule stays fair and sustainable for all clients.
